Diversity, equity, and inclusion:
your uniqueness matters

One of Orange’s strengths is the diversity of our teams. Across 65  countries, our 140 nationalities embody a collective goal: diversity. Looking for an  inclusive environment where your skills come first? Welcome to Orange.

A long-standing commitment

Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are part of our DNA. We have  strengthened this approach year after year, making it a cornerstone of our actions.
  • 2004: signature of the first agreements on equality
  • 2008: creation of a Diversity function
  • 2019: global agreement on professional equality, the fight against discrimination  and violence, and work-life balance
  • 2023: approval by the Orange Group Executive Committee of our DEI policy,  marking a continuation of our commitment
  • 2025: 26 entities in 20 countries across the Group have obtained the GEEIS label  (Gender Equality European International Standard) since 2011
Our goal at every stage? To ensure you have an inclusive workplace where you can be  yourself, develop your potential, and fully express your skills.

Three pillars for an inclusive environment

Parity is progressing daily across all professions, including the most technical and  digital roles.

Our priorities:
  • equal pay,
  • access to leadership positions and digital careers,
  • combating sexism and harassment,
  • work-life balance.

Every person enriches the collective.
  • Welcoming young people into the workforce,
  • Supporting the careers of seniors,
  • Recruiting and helping people with disabilities or neurodivergent profiles,
  • Valuing all origins and backgrounds,
  • Respecting sexual orientations and gender identities.

Being yourself is your strength. That’s why we value every uniqueness.

Inclusion also comes through technology.
We are developing responsible and  inclusive AI and ensuring innovation is accessible to all.

Our goal? A digital world designed without discrimination or bias, opening up new opportunities for the  greatest number.

Proof on the ground

In 65 countries, our employees bring this commitment to life every day.
