Q&A
Guillaume, Cloud Manager at Orange Business:
“The cloud sector evolves very quickly. If you don’t yet have the right skills, we’ll train you. You can learn fast. It’s a fascinating field with a wide variety of roles. We hire experienced profiles, such as cloud architects and consultants, and entry-level profiles, including multicloud cloud engineers or specialists focused on one of the hyperscalers.
One of Orange’s strengths is supporting recent graduates in training for these new careers.”

Alexa, Azure Squad Leader at Orange Business:
“What I appreciate at Orange is being part of a caring group that listens to its employees’ needs and allows us to grow a year ago, I was an Azure architect, and today I’m an Azure squad leader at Orange Business. Another important point is that it’s an international group.”

Philippe, Data Engineer at Orange Innovation:
“I joined Orange because I was looking for an environment that truly delivers value to clients. I discovered a company at the cutting edge of technology, not only in Telecoms but also in IT systems. Indeed, with telecoms becoming increasingly software-driven, networks and IT systems are inseparable.
Cloud plays a key role in meeting these challenges. A major operator like Orange is a preferred partner for hyperscalers such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure, which ensures we work on exciting cloud architecture projects.
I also discovered a strong encouragement to stay up-to-date with technology and to train continuously, thanks to the extensive training catalogue available.
